Privacy Notice
This notice explains how FAIRE handles personal data submitted through this website and associated website enquiries.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Contact
FAIRE provides responsible AI support for healthcare organisations and is based in Cork, Ireland. For privacy questions, contact info@faire.ie.
What the website collects
The request-support form collects the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, selected FAIRE package, selected support areas and any optional additional note. The consultation form collects your name, email address, optional organisation or practice, optional enquiry category, your enquiry and any optional additional note. The website does not ask for patient records and you should not put patient or other special-category information into either form.
When an enquiry is sent successfully, Resend processes it for delivery to FAIRE’s designated enquiry mailbox. Enquiry information is processed to send the email and is held in the receiving mailbox; there is no separate enquiry database on this website.
Why and on what basis
FAIRE uses enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the support you are asking about and communicate about that enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request is connected with steps before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where FAIRE has a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. FAIRE will not use either form to collect or assess patient data.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future direct marketing would be handled under applicable Irish electronic-communications rules and, where required, consent.
Recipients and providers
Resend processes submitted enquiry details to deliver email. Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request timing, to serve and operate it.
Do not submit patient information through this website. Separate client work may involve different processing activities and separate privacy and contractual arrangements.
Existing portal profiles
Existing practice profiles contain contact and practice details, staff and training records, service requests and assignments. Associate profiles contain contact and professional details, availability, training and assignments. Portal use may also save messages, notifications, prospective-practice details and engagement updates.
These records, the existing profile password and the active login session are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not synchronised to an account database or another device. Anyone with access to that browser or its storage may be able to read or change them. This is not secure production authentication, and the portals must not be used for patient information, clinical records or other sensitive personal information.
Logging out removes the active session, not the saved profile or associated records. Saved records remain until browser storage is cleared or the records are changed. Clearing site data removes the local copy and may prevent further access. Contact FAIRE before clearing storage if you need to retain your records.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in data-protection law, you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have a right to data portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact info@faire.ie. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie ↗.
Cookies and changes
The website uses browser local storage for existing portal profiles, records and sessions. It does not use advertising pixels or analytics in its pages. See the Cookie Policy for the current technology position.
FAIRE may update this notice when the website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the latest review shown on this page.
